FitBody 1 on 1 Online Personalised Training and Nutrition Coaching

This is package is ideal for clients who require full guidance on what processes they need to implement to lose or gain body fat, increase muscle mass, require to reverse diet or want to learn how to maintain their current physique.  A total overhaul of my client’s lifestyle and diet will be reviewed and the outcome will be a personalised program that will be tailored to suit their individual goals, needs and lifestyle.

  • Minimum of 8 weeks commitment. After 8 weeks you will continue until you advise when you would like to cancel.

  • A $100 deposit is required on sign up which is fully refundable once you have completed the 8 week commitment.

  • Payments can be made in full or weekly (choose your preferred method on sign up).

What does the one on one Personalised Training and Nutrition Coaching include?

Training, Nutrition & Coaching Support

  • Check in's are conducted weekly with all one on one clients and are responded back via a video link. 

  • Full access to my App; Trainerize where you can retrieve your personalised calories, macros, meal & training plans and enter in your progress and body stats.

  • Each week you receive a new customised 1 x one day’s meal plan which will assist you in learning more about your nutrition. 

  • You have the option of repeating this meal plan for 7 days (until your new one arrives the following week) OR create your very own meals.

  • You can track your all meals in ""your'" My Fitness Pal App account and then sync it to my App so you can see your inputted data.

  • You are educated by me how to use the My Fitness Pal App. 

  • Your customised training plan; that is uploaded into my App is available with demonstration videos (featuring me) and descriptions. Your training plans are updated every 8 weeks.

  • You can monitor your progress by tracking each training session by entering your chosen weights and reps.

  • Check in each week with me using the in-App “body stat” features. This is where you record your current weight, measurements and progress photos. Feedback is provided back to clients via a video link on the same day (there is no waiting for a response). 

  • In-app messaging, message me anytime via the Trainerize App for full support.  


Online Education

For the first 7 weeks of your coaching you will unlock and LEARN educational content on various health and fitness topics. I will be coaching you through all these topics so you gain a better understanding of YOUR nutrition, training and mindset.

  • Week 2 ~ Set your SMART goals and Practice Self-Love and Mindfulness

Document on how to set up your SMART Health & Fitness Goals, SMART Goals Worksheet, Weekly Goal Planner Worksheet, Document on Introduce Some Self-Love Into Your Life, Daily Love Worksheet plus podcasts.

  • Week 3 ~ Nutrition Basics

Members Only Area Access (via my website)

  • Exclusive access to the ‘members only area’ on my website where you can download over 200 + recipes

  • Have access to various discounts to my preferred supplier products.

Cost: $40AUD (per week) plus $100 deposit on start up or $300AUD (payment up front).

Minimum of 8 week commitment for entire Training and Nutrition Service
