This coaching package is ideal for clients that are on top of their nutrition but would like some guidance in regards to their workouts.  Choose from a gym or at home workouts.

Terms:

  • Minimum of 6 weeks commitment. After 6 weeks you will continue until you advise when you would like to cancel.

  • A $100 deposit is required on sign up which is fully refundable once you have completed the 6 week commitment.

  • Payments can be made in full or weekly (choose your preferred method on sign up).

 

What does the personal training coaching include?

 

Support

  • Access to your coach, Merri to ask her anything related to your training. 

 

Resources

  • Full access to my App; Trainerize where you will have access to a generic gym based or at home training plan.

  • These training plan blocks are updated every 6 weeks.

  • During each workout block, you will work your way through different training phases and techniques.

  • You can monitor your progress by tracking each training session by entering your chosen weights and reps.

  • Connect your My Fitness Pal and FitBit accounts to the App. 

  • The training plans are available with demonstration videos (featuring me) and descriptions.

  • A generic one day sample meal plan is included.  Use this as a guide only.

  • Use the in-App “body stat” feature by tracking your weight, measurements and progress photos.

Cost: $10AUD (per week) plus $100 deposit on start up or $60AUD (Payment up front).
