Apple Pie Choc Protein Oats


Apple Pie Choc Protein Oats (Serves 1) P - 30g, C - 36g, F -14g

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 120g apple 30g Chocolate Protein Powder 10g raw peanut butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 5mls sugar free maple syrup

Method 1. Dice your apple up and place in a pot with boiling water, add cinnamon and stew until nice and soft. (** I do this the night before) 2. The next morning, prepare your oats hot as per the directions on the package. 3. Stir in your protein powder, if your oats don't have enough liquid just add in more. 4. Once combined, place your oats into a bowl and top with the stewed apple, peanut butter, a drizzle of maple syrup and some more cinnamon.. 5. #todiefor
