Beef Bolognese with Zoodles (Serves 1) Calories 273 P - 32g, C - 10g, F 12g
Ingredients 100g lean beef mince 3g fresh garlic, crushed 100g Italian diced tomatoes 150g zucchini, spiralised 10g red onion, diced 5g pink Himalayan herb & garlic seasoning from www.physiquechef.com 2tsp fresh parsley, diced 2g Himalayan pink rock salt with chilli Black pepper 25g light tasty cheese Olive oil spray
Method 1. Prepare your zucchini noodles either using a spiraliser or I cheat and buy them pre-done from the supermarket (shhh don't tell anyone!) 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with olive oil. 3. Place garlic and onion in the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes. 4. Add in beef mince, herbs, salt and pepper. 5. Sauté together until cooked; add in diced tomatoes and stir until heated through. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. 7. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and place the zucchini noodles in the boiling and blanche for a couple of minutes. 8. Place the noodles in a bowl, followed by your sauce and top with grated cheese. 8. Enjoy!
