Ingredients Mug cake: 1/4 cup LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal) 2 tsp raw cacao 2 tsp sugar free maple syrup 10g fresh chopped mint in a tube - @gourmetgarden 1tsp baking powder To serve: 40g @chobaniau low fat plain Greek yoghurt 0.2% Strawberry Sprinkle cacao nibs
Method 1. Combine all ingredients together in a mug until the texture is smooth. 2. Pop in microwave for 40-60 secs. 3. Add to serve ingredients 4. Eat and enjoy!
