Chocolate Overnight Protein Oats

Chocolate Overnight Protein Oats (Serves 1) Calories 386

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 5g chia seeds 100g no fat plain greek yoghurt 20g chocolate protein powder (I used @happywayau ) 30g strawberries 20g blueberries 5g raw peanut butter

Method 1. In a jar the night before combine the oats, protein powder and chia seeds with a bit of water and cover and pop into the fridge. 2. In the morning stir the oats up and add 40g of the yoghurt. Keep stirring until combined. 3. To construct; pop half of the overnight oats at the bottom of a jar, followed by half of the yoghurt, then add the remaining oats, followed by finished with the top layer using the remaining yoghurt. 4. Top with blueberries, strawberries and peanut butter. 5. Enjoy!
