Chocolate Protein Omelette (Serves 1)
P - 27g, C - 39g, g, F - 3g
Ingredients 8tbsp liquid egg white (from the carton) 15g chocolate protein powder - I used @healthlab Sprinkle of cinnamon Serve with: 1/2 banana, sliced 1 tbsp Chobani plain Greek yoghurt @chobaniau 1 tbsp @thenuttywhey peanut butter, drizzled
Method 1. Whisk eggs, cinnamon and protein powder together and pour into a pan on medium heat. 2. While cooking, place banana slices down one side of the omelette and once cooked fold the other side of omelette over. 3. Place on plate drizzle with @thenuttywhey peanut butter and yoghurt.
