French Toast with Caramelised Banana (Serves 1)

P - 31g, C - 44g, F - 7g​ Ingredients 2 slices wholemeal bread 150g liquid egg whites 10mls almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp @physiquechef chocolate & cinnamon scroll dust 70g sliced banana, sliced 5g butter Sugar free maple syrup 30g plain greek yoghurt Dusting of chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust Olive oil spray

Method 1. Pour the liquid egg whites into a bowl and sprinkle the chocolate cinnamon scroll dust and vanilla essence in it. Stir it altogether. 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray olive oil into it. 3. Dip the bread into the egg white mixture and place into the fry pan. 4. Continue to do this until all 4 slices are in the fry pan. 5. Cook on one side and flip and cook on the other. 6. While this is cooking, heat a small fry pan over a medium heat, add the butter and then add your sliced banana into it. 7. Stir the banana through the butter to get a nice caramel flavour. 8. Place the French toast on a serving plate, top with the banana, drizzle of maple syrup, yoghurt and a sprinkle of the chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust. 7. Enjoy #thankmelater
