Healthy Beef Tacos Shells (Serves 1) Calories 395

P – 33g, C -27g, F -15g Ingredients 120g lean mince meat 10g red onion, diced 5g salt reduced taco seasoning 2 taco shells Serve with: 45g iceberg lettuce, shredded 50g cherry tomatoes, diced 20g avocado, mashed 30g plain greek yoghurt Olive oil spray Method 1. Turn the oven onto 180 degrees 2. Over a medium heat spray a fry pan with some olive oil and add the mincemeat, onion and taco seasoning. Stir until cooked completed through. 3. While the mincemeat is cooking prepare the tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and avocado as outlined in the ingredients. 4. Place the taco shells into the oven for 3-4 minutes. 5. Once shells are heated, build your taco. 6. Place the mincemeat at the bottom of the shell, followed by the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado and greek yoghurt 7. Serve and enjoy your Mexican dinner
