Healthy Chicken Pizza

Healthy Chicken Pizza (Serves 1) Calories 443 P - 43g, C - 40g, F - 12g​

Ingredients 2 rye mountain bread wraps 30g Leggo's tomato paste 25g grated tasty cheese 120g chicken breast (raw), diced 10g red onion, diced 25g red capsicum, diced 25g green capsicum, diced 30g lite tzatziki dip 15g baby spinach 1tsp basil olive oil spray salt and pepper

Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking papaer. 2. Place wrap on the tray and spread with tomato paste in between both wraps and on top of the wrap. 3. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with olive oil and place the diced chicken in the pan. Grind some salt and pepper over the chicken and stir fry until cooked through and brown. Turn off heat. 4. Place half the grated cheese on the pizza base and top with the cooked chicken, capsicum's, onion and the rest of the cheese. 5. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. 6. Once cooked place spinach on top followed by the tzatziki dip. 7. Delicious
