Merri's Green Protein Pancakes

Merri's Green Protein Pancakes (Serves 1) Calories 340

P - 32g, C - 31g, F - 7g

Ingredients 8 tbsp liquid egg whites (from the carton) 40g rolled oats I scoop @coconutgreens Sprinkle of Cinnamon 1 tbsp protein powder 1 tsp coconut oil Serve with 1 tbsp low fat smooth ricotta Berries Sugar free maple syrup

Method 1. Pop egg whites, Oats, cinnamon, greens powder and protein powder into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency. 2. Heat a fry pan over medium heat with the coconut oil. 3. Dollop 2 tbsp of mixture per pancake and cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other side. 4. Serve pancakes stacked on top of each other, a dollop ricotta, drizzle of maple syrup and top with a few berries!
