Mini Banana Protein Pancakes


Mini Banana Protein Pancakes (Serves 1)

P - 28g, C - 32g, F - 1.8g Ingredients 1/2 cup rolled oats 4 tbsp egg whites (from the egg white carton) 1/2 serve of your protein powder (15g) (I used Health Lab coconut blend www.healthlab.com.au) 1/2 banana Cinnamon (as much as you like) Vanilla essence, splash 1-2 tbsp water (depending on how runny you want it) Serve with 100g low fat Chobani plain Greek yoghurt Squirt of queens sugar free maple syrup Remainder of banana, sliced

Method 1. Blend Oats, egg whites, protein powder, 1/2 the banana, cinnamon, vanilla essence & water in a blender until nice and smooth. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and pop 2 tbsp per pancake in the pan to make mini pancakes. 3. Cook for a couple of minutes on one side then flip onto the other. 4. Serve with some yoghurt, squirt of maple and sliced banana 5. Enjoy
