Oat Mug Cake (Serves 1) Calories 421

P - 28g, C - 54g, F - 10g

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 50g liquid egg whites 80g Banana, mashed 2g Chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust from @physiquechef 15g vanilla protein powder from @happywayau Serve with: 20g kiwi fruit 50g strawberries 30g blueberries 20g plain no fat greek yoghurt 10g almond spread

Method 1. Place the oats, mashed banana and protein powder in a ceramic bowl and stir until all combined. 2. Place in the microwave for 90 secs, check and if not cooked through pop on for another 30-60secs. 3. Cut around the sides of the cake and turn upside onto a plate and shake to release out of the ceramic bowl. 4. Turn the cake up the correct way and top with fruits, yoghurt and almond spread! 5.
