Ingredients 6 tbsps raw peanut butter 8 medjool dates, pitted 1 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup cacao powder 1 tbsp rice malt syrup 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until a nice dough-like consistency is formed. 2. With a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls. Approx 12. 3. Place into a sealed container and place in fridge to set for 2 hours.
