Turkey Burger Spaghetti

Turkey Burger Spaghetti (Serves 1) Calories 339

Ingredients 1 x Ingham Turkey Burger 100g tomato passata 100g broccoli, diced into small pieces 250g Konjac Spaghetti (I used @slendier) 1/2tsp garlic mince Olive Oil Fresh herbs (I used coriander), salt and pepper Top with 25g low fat grated tasty cheese

Method 1. Prepare the spaghetti as the packet directions. 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with some olive oil. 3. Place the turkey burger in fry pan and cook on one side and flip and cook on the other side. Remove from heat and slice into small pieces. 4. In the same fry pan, place tomato passata and mince garlic and stir until bubbling. 5. Add the broccoli, turn down the heat and leave to simmer for about 5 minutes. 6. If the passata sauce starts to lose its liquid just add a bit of water. 7. Stir through your fresh herbs, salt and pepper. 8. Stir in your turkey burger and your spaghetti and turn off heat while you keep stirring for about 2 minutes 9. Place your spaghetti in a bowl and top with grated cheese!! 10. #enjoy
