Turkey Hamburger (Serves 1) Calories 429 P - 32g, C - 29g, F - 19g
Ingredients 120g lean turkey mince (steggles) 1/4 tsp garlic mince 20g carrot, grated 5g red onion, diced 20g passata sauce 2mls tamari sauce Salt, pepper, chilli flakes 2 Tip Top sandwich thins 10g baby spinach 40g fresh beetroot, sliced 30g tomatoes, sliced 15g lite Jarlesberg cheese 10mls no added sugar tomato sauce Olive oil spray
Method 1. In a bowl combine turkey mince, garlic, carrot, red onion, passata sauce, tamari, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. 2. Form mince into a hamburger patty. 3. Spray olive oil into a fry pan over a medium heat and place patty into the fry pan. 4. Cook on one side and flip and cook on the other side. 5. Meanwhile prepare your sandwich thins by breaking them in half and pop in toaster for a minute. 6. To construct the hamburger, place the spinach on the bottom, followed by the patty, tomato, cheese, beetroot and tomato sauce. 7. Place the other sandwich thin on top on and enjoy!!
