Turkey Meatballs


Turkey Meatballs (Serves 1) Calories 256 P - 23g, ​C - 6g, F - 15g

Ingredients 120g lean turkey mince (steggles) 1 tsp garlic mince 20g carrot, grated 5g red onion, diced 20g passata sauce 2mls tamari sauce Salt, pepper, chilli flakes Coconut oil spray

Method 1. In a bowl combine turkey mince, garlic, carrot, red onion, passata sauce, tamari, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. 2. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture per ball and roll into small meatballs. 3. Continue until all the mince has been used. 4. Spray coconut oil into a fry pan over a medium heat and place meatballs into the fry pan. 5. Cook on one side and flip and cook on the other side, then flip and cook on the sides.. keep going until meatballs are cooked all the way through! 6. Serve with sweet potato mash or chips, side of greens, cauliflower or whatever you love! ❤️
