Banana, Almond Butter & Blueberry Porridge

Banana, Almond Butter & Blueberry Porridge (Serves 1) Calories 374

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 10g chia seeds 70g banana, mashed 15g almond butter (you can use peanut butter instead) 2g chocolate cinnamon scroll dust 50g blueberries, frozen

Method 1. Place oats, chia seeds, chocolate cinnamon scroll dust and 3/4 water into a microwave safe bowl and place into microwave on medium for 2 minutes. 2. Stir porridge and place back into microwave for another minute or until cooked. 3. Once porridge is cooked stir in, banana and almond butter until all combined (use a fork) 4. Add 1/2 of the blueberries to the porridge and stir through. 5. Top the porridge with the remaining frozen blueberries. You could also add a dollop of Greek yoghurt if you wanted too! 6. Enjoy this porridge
