Banana and Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl (Serves 1) Calories 344

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 15g salted caramel protein powder (from @happywayau ) 50mls almond milk 30mls water 2g chocolate & cinnamon scroll dust from @physiquechef 30g plain no fat greek yoghurt 50g sliced frozen banana 50g blueberries 60g strawberries, diced 2-3g linseeds

Method 1. The night before mix oats, protein powder and water in a jar, seal with a lid and place into the fridge. 2. In the morning, place the oat mixture, frozen banana, almond milk, chocolate & cinnamon scroll dust and yoghurt into a blender and blitz until a smooth consistency. 2. Pour into a bowl and place mixed berries on top with some linseed sprinkle over the top! 3. Enjoy your breakfast
