Banana French Toast


Banana French Toast (Serves 1) Calories 251

P - 23g, C - 32g, F - 2g

Ingredients 2 slices wholemeal bread 150g liquid egg whites 15mls almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp @physiquechef chocolate & cinnamon scroll dust Top with: 70g sliced banana, sliced Drizzle of honey 30g plain greek yoghurt Dusting of chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust

Method 1. Pour the liquid egg whites into a bowl and sprinkle the chocolate cinnamon scroll dust and vanilla essence in it. Stir it altogether. 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray coconut oil spray into it. 3. Dip the bread into the egg white mixture and place into the fry pan. 4. Continue to do this until all 4 slices are in the fry pan. 5. Cook on one side and flip and cook on the other. 6. Place the French toast on a serving plate, top with sliced banana, drizzle of honey, yoghurt and a sprinkle of the chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust. 7. Enjoy #thankmelater
