Caramelised Prawns with Veggies

Caramelised Prawns with Veggies (Serves 1) Calories 322

P - 43g, C - 22g, F - 4g

Ingredients 120g prawns (can use calamari instead)

100g broccoli, diced

100g cauliflower, diced 65g mushrooms, sliced

20g brown onion, diced

1 tsp minced garlic

140g @chobaniau caramelised onion dip

125g @slendier spaghetti

@physiquechef herb & garlic seasoning

Himalayan pink rock salt with chilli (grinder - available from supermarkets)

Coconut oil spray

30g fresh spinach (can use kale or rocket as well)

Method 1. Prepare the Slendier spaghetti as per the packet instructions. Set aside. 2. Heat a fry pan over medium heat and spray with coconut oil. 3. Add all the veggies except the spinach and garlic and stir fry until soft. 4. Add the prawns and cook through until they turn pink. 5. Add salt and herb and garlic seasoning to the dish. 6. Turn down the heat to low setting and stir in spinach, cooked spaghetti and the Chobani caramelised onion dip. 7. Only do this for a couple of minutes as you don't want the dip to curdle. 8. Serve and enjoy!
