Choc and Chia Overnight Oats (Serves 1 ) Calories 336

P - 28g, C - 37g, F - 7g

Ingredients 30g rolled oats 5g chia seeds 15g chocolate protein powder (I used @happywayau ) 50mls Almond milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon 100g no fat plain Greek yoghurt Top with 50g blueberries 40g strawberries 10g The Bar Counter - Choc Mint Crunch, diced ( @thebarcounter )

Method 1. Place the oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds and cinnamon in a jar, stir to combine and seal with a lid and pop into the fridge the night before. 2. In the morning, stir up oats and top with blueberries, strawberries and the choc mint crunch bar! 3. Enjoy your overnights!!
