Choc Caramel Protein Mousse (Serves 1) Calories 273

Ingredients 1/4 cup liquid egg whites 20g light ricotta 20g salted caramel protein powder (I used @happywayau ) 2 tsp sugar free hot chocolate powder (I used Avalanche brand) Serve with: 1 cup mixed berries 1 tsp coconut flakes

Method 1. Place egg whites in a clean bowl and beat until light and fluffy. 2. Add the protein powder into the egg whites and beat until combined. 3. Add the chocolate powder and light ricotta into the egg white mixture and beat until light and fluffy. 4. Pour mousse into a serving glass and top with mixed berries and coconut flakes.
