Cottage Cheese Chocolate Protein Pancakes Calories 320

Ingredients 70g liquid egg whites 100g low fat creamed cottage cheese 30g chocolate protein powder (I used @happywayau ) 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon Coconut oil spray Serve with: 25g yellow nectarines, diced 25g strawberries, diced 25g raspberries 25g blueberries 40g plain low fat Greek yoghurt Sugar free maple syrup

Method 1. Place cottage cheese, protein powder, egg whites, cinnamon and baking powder in a blender and blitz until nice and smooth. 2. Preheat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with coconut oil. 3. Place 2 tbsp per pancake in fry pan and cook on one side then flip and cook on the other side. You should get about 4-5 pancakes from the mixture. 4. Place pancakes on a plate and top with diced fruit, yoghurt and maple syrup.
