Ham & Veggie Mountain Bread Pizza (Serves 1) Calories 271

Ingredients 1 piece of Mountain Bread - spinach 5g olive oil 25g cherry tomatoes, diced 30g Zucchini, sliced 25g red capsicum, diced 25g green capsicum, diced 15g red onion, diced 50g triple smoked ham, shredded 25g low fat Shredded cheese Basil, garlic powder and pepper

Method 1. Pre-heat oven on 200 degrees. 2. Brush olive oil over the piece of mountain bread. 3. Sprinkle half the cheese over the mountain bread and top with cherry tomatoes, capsicum's, zucchini, red onion, ham and the remainder of the cheese. 4. Sprinkle basil, garlic powder and pepper over the top. 5. Pop into the oven for about 8-10mins. Keep on eye on it! 6. #enjoy
