Healthy Fish and Chips (Serves 1) Calories 319

Ingredients 150g sweet potato 150g white fish 2 cups mixed garden salad of your choice Sprinkle of @physiquechef ~ Pink Himalayan herb & garlic seasoning, salt and pepper 1 tbsp Coconut oil Coconut oil spray Wedge of lemon
Method 1. Heat oven on 200c and place the 1 tbsp of coconut oil into a baking tray and heat the oil up (until very hot) in oven. 2. Slice sweet Potato into chips and once the coconut oil is sizzling hot place the chips into the baking tray. 3. Stir the chips around until the oil has completely coated them and season with salt and pepper. 4. Place the chips into the oven and turn timer on for about 30 minutes. Check after about 30 mins to see how they are going. If not completely cooked put back into the oven for another 10-15 mins (keep an eye on them). 5. While the chips are cooking cut up a garden salad with your choice of veggies/salad 6. About 10 minutes before the chips are ready put the fish on. 7. Spray a fry pan with coconut oil and place fish into the pan once heated and sprinkle with garlic powder, Moroccan seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other side. 9. Serve fish with chips, salad and a wedge of lemon.
