Healthy Mexican Turkey Sausage Rolls (Serves 1) Calories 319

Ingredients 150g lean turkey mince 20g red onion, diced 2.5g minced garlic 10g taco spice mix (salt reduced) 1 x 25g Mountain Bread wrap 5g liquid egg whites 2g sesame seeds 50g Salsa medium Olive Oil spray

Method 1. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees. 2. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and place onion and garlic into pan and stir fry for a few minutes. 3. Add turkey mince and taco seasoning and stir through until completely cooked through. 4. Place the mountain bread flat on a lined baking tray and place the turkey mince up one side of the mountain bread and then roll the bread into a sausage roll. 5. To seal the sausage roll brush some egg white along one side of the mountain bread and roll to seal. 6. Brush egg white all over the sausage roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 7. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the mountain bread is nice and crunchy. 8. Serve with salsa and a side salad.
