Ingredients Bottom layer: 35g Chocolate Protein Powder @healthlab 1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup 20g coconut oil, melted 50g raw peanut butter 1tsp vanilla essence 1-2 tbsp water Middle layer: 50g raw peanut butter 20g coconut oil, melted Top layer: 30g cacao 20g coconut oil, melted Method 1. Line 12 cups of a cup cake tray with cases. 2. Prepare the base by mixing protein powder, melted coconut oil, rice malt syrup, peanut butter & vanilla essence is a bowl. 2. Depending on the consistency you may have to add 1-2tbsp water to make it runnier. 2. Divide the mixture into each of the prepared cup cake holes and place in freezer while you are preparing the next layer. 3. For the middle layer, melt the coconut oil and add to peanut butter and stir to combine. 4. Remove bases from freezer and dollop 1-2 tsp of the mixture on top of each of the bases. 5. Once completed place the tin back into the freezer and prepare top layer. 6. For the top layer, melt coconut oil and add the cacao and stir to combine. 7. Remove cups from the freezer and pop 1-2tsp of the chocolate mixture on top of each cup. Be quick as the chocolate will start to set. 8. Pop in freezer to set. 9. One cup is one serve. 10. Keep stored in the freezer.
