Mixed Berry Porridge (Serves 1) Calories 298

Ingredients 40g rolled oats 50g banana, sliced 40g strawberries 50g blueberries, frozen 30g plain no fat greek yoghurt 2g @physiquechef chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust
Method 1. Place oats, 1/2 of the banana, chocolate cinnamon scroll dust and 3/4 water into a microwave safe bowl and place into microwave on medium for 2 minutes. 2. Stir porridge and place back into microwave for another minute or until cooked. 3. Once porridge is cooked give it a good stir and place into a bowl. 4. Top the porridge with the frozen blueberries, strawberries, greek yoghurt and remaining banana ! 5. Sprinkle the porridge with the chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust and enjoy it!!!!!!
