Mixed Berry Protein Mug Cake (Serves 1) Calories 354
P - 32g, C - 45g, , F - 7g Ingredients 30g rolled oats 8 tbsp liquid egg whites 15g vanilla protein powder (I used @happywayau vanilla) 75g banana, sliced Top with: 50g strawberries, sliced 30g blueberries 20g Chobani plain Greek yoghurt 5g almond butter 5mls sugar free maple syrup
Method 1. Mash up the banana and place in a ramekin with the oats, liquid egg whites and protein powder. Stir altogether. 2. If the ingredients are a bit dry add a bit of water. 3. Place into the microwave and pop on for 2 minutes. Check after 2 minutes and if not cooked through pop on again for 30-60 sec increments. 4. Once cooked place into a serving bowl by turning the cake up side down and holding the bowl over the top and shake until the cake is freed from the ramekin. 5. Turn up the right way and place yoghurt, berries and almond butter on top.
