Peri Peri Chicken Pizza


Peri Peri Chicken Pizza (Serves 1) Calories 411

Ingredients 1 barley whole grain wrap 20g LEGO’s onion, herb & garlic pizza sauce 150g raw chicken breast, diced 20g red onion, diced 25g red capsicum, diced 10g fresh spinach 25g light shredded tasty cheese 5g peri peri mayo (store bought) Coconut oil Salt and pepper

Method 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place the wrap on the tray and spread with tomato paste. 3. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat with a spray of coconut oil and place the diced chicken in the pan. Grind some salt and pepper over the chicken and stir fry until cooked through and brown. Turn off heat. 4. Place half the grated cheese on the pizza base and top with the cooked chicken, capsicum, onion and the rest of the cheese. 5. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. 6. Once cooked place spinach on top followed by the peri peri mayo 7. Delicious
