Protein Yoghurt with Stewed Apples

Protein Yoghurt with Stewed Apples (Serves 1) Calories 220

Ingredients 160g plain no fat Greek yoghurt 10g vanilla protein powder, I used @happywayau 100g Apple 10g dark chocolate and almond @thebarcounter , diced Cinnamon 1 tbsp water

Method 1. Peel and dice the apple and pop into a microwave dish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and water. 2. Cover and microwave for about 60 secs (until nice and soft). Let cool down. 3. Combine yoghurt and protein power in a seperate bowl. 4. To construct your snack, spoon half of the stewed apples into the bottom of a glass, then top with 3/4 of the yoghurt mixture, followed by the rest of the stewed apples, top with the rest of the yoghurt mixture and then scatter the counter bar chocolate over the top! 5. Pop Oscar on top!! 5. #enjoyyoursnack
