Roast Beef Sandwich (Serves 1) Calories 289
P - 24g, C - 23g, F - 11g Ingredients 2 slices wholemeal bread 80g sliced roast beef (cold from the deli) 10g fresh spinach 20g tomatoes, sliced 20g cucumber, sliced 1 egg 5g 99% fat free creamy mayonnaise Salt and pepper Coconut oil spray
Method 1. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray some coconut oil in it. Crack the egg into the fry pan and cook on one side and flip and cook on the other. Turn off the pan. 2. Toast the bread and spread mayo on one side of the roast. 3. Top with the sliced roast beef, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, egg, salt and pepper. 4. Enjoy your amazing sandwich!!
