Ingredients 200mls unsweetened almond milk 15g medjool date, chopped 30g salted protein powder (from @happywayau ) 10g peanut butter (no added sugar or salt from Kraft) 60g banana, frozen and sliced Cinnamon to top

Method 1. Pop all ingredients into a blender except the cinnamon and blitz until nice and creamy. 2. Pour into a cup and top with cinnamon.
