Salted Caramel Proats/Whoats (Serves 1) Calories 384

Ingredients 40g rolled oats (I used @themueslisugarfreeoats - they are amazing!!) 60g liquid egg whites 20g salted caramel protein powder (from @happywayau ) 1 1/2 cups water 10mls almond milk 2g chocolate cinnamon scroll dust (from @physiquechef ) Top with: 50g plain no fat greek yoghurt 30g blueberries 20g strawberries 50g banana’s (frozen & sliced) 5g hazelnut spread (I used @nuttvia )

Method 1. Cook oats in 1 1/2 cups of water in a safe uncovered microwave bowl for 2 minutes. 2. Once oats are cooked, stir in the egg whites and cook on 20 sec increments (and stir each time) until the consistency is nice and creamy! 3. Stir in the protein powder, milk and the cinnamon scroll dust. 4. Place oats in a serving bowl and top with banana, yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries and hazelnut spread. 5. Enjoy your proats, whoats etc etc...They are amazing.. They are very filling too so you won’t be hungry until lunchtime!
