Strawberry Protein Pancakes

Strawberry Protein Pancakes (Serves 1)

Calories 456 C - 43g, P - 44g, F -12g

Ingredients: 30g rolled oats 100g liquid egg whites 60g bananas, sliced 30g chocolate protein powder 1g baking powder

Virgin Olive Oil Spray Top with: 160g strawberries 50g plain greek yoghurt 5g raw peanut butter Maple syrup

Method: 1. Combine rolled oats, liquid egg whites, bananas, protein powder and baking powder into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth. 2. Spray a fry pan with the oil and heat a over a medium heat. Place 3 tbsp of pancake mixture into fry pan and cook pancake on one side and flip and cook on the other side. 3. Continue making the pancakes until all mixture has been used up. 4. Stack the pancakes on top of each other and place the strawberries in between the pancakes as you stack. 5. Top wth greek yoghurt, peanut butter and strawberries.
