Sweet Maple Omelette

Sweet Maple Omelette (Serves 1) Calories 210

Ingredients 120mls liquid egg whites 2g @physiquechef chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust 3 rice cakes 30g low fat cottage cheese 5-10mls @queenfinefoods sugar free maple syrup Coconut oil spray

Method 1. In a pouring container combine egg whites and half of the chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust. 2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and spray coconut oil. 3. Pour the egg white mixture into the pan and disperse evenly over the bottom of the pan. 4. Tilt pan to assist in dispersing the egg white mixture. 5. Continue to cook the omelette until set and flip it in half to form an omelette. 6. Turn off heat on pan and leave omelette in pan to keep warm. 7. Spread cottage cheese over the rice cakes. 7. Place the omelette on a chopping board and cut into 3rds. 8. Place each portion of the omelette on top of each rice cake. 9. Drizzle the maple syrup and remaining chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust. 10. Serve with a cup of tea!
