Turkey Hamburger

Turkey Hamburger (Serves 1) Calories 500

P - 35g, C - 40g, F - 21g

Ingredients 120g lean turkey mince (steggles) 1/4 tsp garlic mince 20g carrot, grated 5g red onion, diced 20g passata sauce 2mls tamari sauce Salt, pepper, chilli flakes 1 70g wholemeal bun 10g baby spinach 40g fresh beetroot, sliced 30g tomatoes, sliced 15g light shredded tasty cheese 10mls no added sugar tomato sauce Coconut oil spray

Method 1. In a bowl combine turkey mince, garlic, carrot, red onion, passata sauce, tamari, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. 2. Form mince into a hamburger patty. 3. Spray coconut oil into a fry pan over a medium heat and place patty into the fry pan. 4. Cook on one side and flip and cook on the other side. 5. Meanwhile prepare your bun by cutting it in half. Place spinach on the bottom and then followed by the beetroot. 6. Once your patty is cooked, place this on top of the beetroot. Then top with tomato, cheese and sauce. 7. Place the bun top on and enjoy!!
