Turkey Mince and Sweet Potato Stir Fry (Serves 1) Calories 308

Ingredients 125g lean turkey mince 80g sweet potato, diced 125g prepacked stir fry vegetable superfoods (I got mine from Woolworths kale/carrot/cabbage) 5g taco seasoning (I used @physiquechef ) 5g minced garlic Pink rock salt with chilli Coconut oil spray Top with: 5g peanut butter

Method 1. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with coconut oil. 2. Add the turkey mince, sweet potato and the garlic and sauté until all are nearly cooked. 3. Add the stir fry mix and cook until veggies are soft. 4. Add the seasoning’s and stir through. 5. Serve and top with the peanut butter.
