Banana Protein Pancakes


Banana Protein Pancakes (Serves 1) Calories 371

P - 29g, C - 42g, F - 11g

Ingredients 8 tbsp liquid egg whites 1/2 banana, mashed 15g vanilla protein powder (I used @happywayau ) 1/4 tsp baking powder Cinnamon Coconut spray oil Serve with: 20g no fat @chobaniau Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp raw peanut butter 1/2 banana, sliced Drizzle of sugar free maple syrup

Method 1. Combine egg whites, mashed banana, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon together. 2. Heat a fry pan over medium heat and spray coconut oil in it. 3. Dollop 2 tbsp per pancake in the pan, cook one side and then flip and cook on the other side. 4. Place pancakes stacked on top of each other. Topped with yoghurt, peanut butter and banana. 5. Drizzle maple syrup over the top! 6. #enjoy
