Ingredients 40g Freedom Foods Rice Flakes 50mls almond milk 160g plain no fat greek yoghurt Served with 30g strawberries 30g blueberries
50g raspberries 10g peanut butter
2g chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust
Method 1. Place rice flakes in a bowl with the milk. 2. Top with yoghurt, fruit, peanut butter and a sprinkle of the chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust. 3. Enjoy!
