Ingredients 40g rolled oats 20g Chocolate protein powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 120g banana 100g kiwi fruit
Method 1. Mashed up half of the banana and stir into the oats. Then prepare the hot oats as per the instructions on the back of the packaging. 2. Once cooked stir in the protein powder and cinnamon. 3. Place the hot banana oatmeal in a bowl and top with the remaining banana and kiwi fruit. 4. Enjoy your breakfast!
