Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Chocolate Protein Pancakes (Serves 1) Calories 412

Ingredients 30g Chocolate Protein Powder (I used @happywayau protein powder) 6 tbsp liquid egg whites 40g rolled oats 50mls unsweetened almond milk 1/2 tsp baking powder Coconut oil spray Serve with: 50g plain no fat Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup mixed berries 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup Sprinkle of cacao nibs

Method 1. Place Oats, protein powder, rolled oats, milk and baking powder in a blender. 2. Blend ingredients until nice and smooth. If still dry add more milk until it is a smooth consistency. 3. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and spray with coconut oil spray. 4. Place 2tbsp per pancake in the pan and once cooked on one side flip and cook on the other side. 5. Serve stacked onto of each other with a dollop of yoghurt, berries, maple syrup and a sprinkle of cacao nibs over the top. 6. #enjoy #delicious #haveagreatday
