Ingredients 40g rolled oats 15g Protein Powder (I used @happywayau - coffee flavour) 40g liquid egg whites Cinnamon, to taste 1 tbsp almond milk 1 tsp Coconut oil Serve with: @coconutgreens (glass of amazingness!!)
1/2 cup mixed berries Sugar free maple syrup Dollop of low fat plain Greek yoghurt Method 1. Blend oats, protein powder, cinnamon, milk and egg whites together until runny. 2. Heat coconut oil a fry pan over medium heat and use a tablespoon to drop pancakes into pan. I dropped 2 tbsp per mini pancakes. 3. Cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other side. 4. Serve with berries, yoghurt and maple syrup and course a glass of @coconutgreens !!!
