Mango and Blueberry Layered Yoghurt


Mango and Blueberry Layered Yoghurt (Serves 1)

Ingredients 150g plain no fat Greek yoghurt ( I used @chobaniau yoghurt) 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 mango's, diced Top with 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt (I used @coyo_is_coconuts yoghurt) - #delicious Sprinkle of coconut flakes

Method 1. Start with mangos placed at the bottom of a serving jar and layer with yoghurt and blueberries. 2. Keep repeating layers until you finish with a few blueberries and mangos on the top. 3. Place coconut yoghurt on top of mangos and blueberries and sprinkle with coconut 🌴 flakes. 4. #serve and definitely #enjoy ** note: if you wanted to make this snack completely dairy free just use coconut yoghurt instead of Greek yoghurt! #sogood
