Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl


Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl (Serves 1)

Ingredients 1/2 banana, frozen 1/2 mixed berries, frozen 30g rolled oats 1/2 scoop @skinnyminiprotein vanilla ice cream 20g no fat Greek plain yoghurt (I used @chobaniau ) Sprinkle of cinnamon 1/3 cup water Toppings: 1/2 cup fresh berries 5g @knowrishwell blueberry coconut chips 5g goji berries

Method 1. The night before pop the oats into the blender container with water and leave to soak overnight (note: Oats are better for your digestive system if they are nice and soft) 2. In the morning add frozen banana and berries, Greek yoghurt, protein powder and cinnamon to the soften oats. 3. Blend and combine into a smooth consistency. 4. Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh berries, goji berries and coconut chips! 5. #yum
