Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats (Serves 1) Calories 371

Ingredients 45g rolled oats 90mls almond milk 55g plain greek yogurt, no fat (I used @chobaniau ) 20g vanilla protein powder (I used @skinnyminiprotein ) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup strawberries, diced small Top: 50g low fat ricotta, smooth 10mls maple syrup, sugar free 1/4 cinnamon

Method 1. Combine oats, milk, greek yoghurt, protein powder, strawberries and cinnamon in a mason jar, stir and place in the fridge the night before breakfast. 2. In the morning stir up the oats. 3. In a small bowl combine the ricotta, maple syrup and cinnamon and stir until combined. Place on top of the overnight oats and garnish with a strawberry. 4. #eathealthy
