Warm Traditional Oats with Mint and Strawberries (Serves 1) Calories 430
P - 15g, C - 45g, F - 20g
Ingredients 40g rolled oats 20g shredded coconut 115mls almond milk 125mls water 20mls sugar free maple syrup 1tsp chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust (I used @physiquechef physiquechef ) 2 tbsp fresh mint, diced 60g plain no fat Greek yoghurt 30g fresh strawberries, diced
Method 1. Over a medium heat place oats, shredded coconut, milk, water, maple syrup, chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust and fresh mint in a saucepan and stir continuously until it starts to boil. 2. Turn heat down and simmer over a low heat stir occasionally for 10-12 minutes. 3. Once the oats are cooked stir in yoghurt and strawberries and stir for 2 minutes. 4. Place oats in a bowl and enjoy!
