Ingredients 2 slices wholemeal sourdough bread 150g plain greek yoghurt 5g cacao powder 15g salted caramel pb (from @macr0mike ) 70g banana, sliced 2g cinnamon Drizzle of sugar free maple syrup
Method 1. Beat the yoghurt, salted caramel pb and the cacao powder together. Add a bit of water if it’s a bit dry. 2. Toast the bread and spread the yoghurt mixture over the toast. 3. Place the banana on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
