Yoghurt Blueberry Parfait (Serves 1) Calories: 217
Ingredients 160g Chobani no fat plain Greek yoghurt
2g chocolate cinnamon scroll dust from @physiquechef
80g fresh blueberries Top with: Thinkproducts.com.au ~ Pumpkin seed munch ~ crushed up 10g raw peanut butter 10g low fat ricotta
Method 1. Combine yoghurt and cinnamon scroll dust together in a separate bowl. 2. In a serving jar place 1/2 of the yoghurt mixture at the bottom topped with 1/2 of the blueberries. 3. Keep layering and finish off with blueberries, peanut butter, pumpkin seed munch and ricotta.
Notes: add 1 scoop of protein powder to the yoghurt to make it a protein yoghurt parfait!
